LYFEWORKS by Lanzerotte™ is a small business committed to working with individuals and organizations experiencing LYFEstyle changes, be they:
-career
-starting an exercise regimen
-dealing with the frustrations of downsizing
-experiencing unhappiness with one's current situation and seeking ways to make some changes.

All are searching for some direction, support and guidance. J. Kathryn Lanzerotte works in an integrated way, teaching the process of CHANGE (physical, personal, professional) whether it be imposed or intentional. Collectively participants will chart a course, using their driving force, envisioning change as a journey that steers them to getting what they want in LYFE!

The focus, the Y in LYFEWORKS™, symbolizes the personal journey of choice and responsibility. These unique sessions offer an opportunity to examine the Y(ou) in LYFE by joining a community of learners in a body/mind approach to change. People can become more self sufficient in their decision making. Learning from their successes and mistakes they gain experience which fuels their ability to trust their intuitive, business, sixth sense, gut, etc. By freeing their mind from worry, they have more "Energy plus Enthusiasm" to remain motivated to get what they want. Like exercising a muscle it takes consistent practice; this is NOT a quick fix recipe, it is a PROCESS.

LYFEWORKS™ builds a unique relationship with clients by utilizing a formula to connect with their specific needs. As a change agent LYFEWORKS™ assures people that their investment is based on honest feedback which takes into account diverse individual belief systems, expectations and philosophies.

The EILID©(eyelid) approach views change as a natural PROCESS marked by turning points on the path of continuous growth. J. Kathryn Lanzerotte envisions change as a journey, and has designed her methods to steer you toward success.

The five points of the EILID© (eyelid) Approach are:

I-dentify roadblocks on the path
L-earn to remain focused when stuck in a pothole
I-nspect one's alignment when creating alternate paths
D-esign a personal road map based on choice rather than crisis.
