website:
www.azyoga.com/featured.html

"I wanted to ask you about some sort of routine
I could do on my days off...thanks for being such an amazing teacher,
your class is what I always look forward to during the week! See
you Thursday!"
-Chelsea
"I am so very fortunate to have had you as my
first yoga teacher so that a great foundation has been laid down
in my body to be able to go forward in my yoga practice. I have
much to be grateful for in all that you instilled in me. Thank you!
. . May God's wonderful grace follow you and direct all of your
steps."
-Joy Reist
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for
bringing yoga into my life. I will be a yogi forever. It has changed
my life. You are a wonderful, thoughtful person and I am happy to
have known you for these 3 years."
-Annette Jahnke, Menlo Park Realtor
I really appreciate being a member of a class where
I receive personal attention. As a registered nurse practitioner,
so ingrained in a medical model, I find it refreshing to know a
